Throughout my career, I’ve utilized a natural ability to lead and a ceaseless thirst for knowledge and progress to succeed in multiple niches.

Over the past 3 years, I have closed over $50 million in transaction volume. I have worked closely with many types of investors, including long time property owners transitioning out of multifamily, newer investors that are growing their portfolio, institutions, and syndicators.

I won the 2020 DMCAR Heavy Hitter award for Top Young Broker recognizing me as the best in my field in the shortest amount of time.

In founding an Investment Real Estate company in 2012, I continuously increased yearly cash on cash returns for my clients and gained experience in property ownership and operation. Before brokerage, I was responsible for the management of 400+ rental properties, of which I maintained over 95% economic occupancy rate. The resulting knowledge plus an analytical mindset and the capacity to relate to others’ needs has afforded me valuable insight into what it takes to maximize ROI for investors. With the management background, I gained experience and training in fair housing, eviction, real estate law, property ownership rights, real estate contracts, and financing.

I’ve always believed in pushing myself out of my comfort zone to grow both personally and professionally. I’m continually expanding my knowledge base and experience through research and striving toward new goals. I am a big believer in sharing the knowledge I have acquired and am active in teaching and training those around me.
