You must approach your job with a positive attitude and the capability to be self-motivated. You must be comfortable managing a high volume of transactions and work with various teams to ensure incomparable service at every client/vendor touchpoint.

The role of Investment Advisor- Land Team will be responsible for prospecting land sites in the greater Denver area and work alongside the Senior Advisor for their team. Every day in the life of our advisors varies – they spend their time performing a variety of duties, including, but not limited to: Reaching out to potential clients and properties, attending networking & industry events, building relationships with potential clients and referral sources, fielding offers, and working with numerous parties to coordinate successful closings.

Skills Crucial to Success in this role:

· Ability to build lasting relationships and works effectively as part of a team

· Effective time management; prioritize tasks, successfully meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.

· Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.

· Nexus level client relationship standards – someone who goes above and beyond to close the sale and make a client for life.

· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills – a champion at conveying the value of our services at Nexus

· The tenacity to cold call

Must Haves:

· Current Colorado Real Estate License or ability to obtain in a timely matter

· College degree or equivalent work experience

· Valid Driver License

· Flexible work availability

Compensation

Land Investment Advisor is a commission-based role without a salary cap. Your financial success aligns with your effort put into the role. Nexus expects its brokers to reach six-figure salaries within the first two years of employment.
